Hi, I’m Erin. I have been passionate about the fashion and modeling industry since I was 6 years old. One of my earliest memories is practicing my model walk in my sister’s high heels (much too big for me) on a straight piece of tape in our basement when I was a little girl.  I’ve worked as a model, model manager, fashion writer, and wardrobe stylist in 6 different countries. As a model I experienced all kinds of ups and downs, and know first hand the unique challenges and exciting opportunities that face new models. My passion for model scouting began almost 10 years ago. In 2009, I founded Echo Models in Salt Lake City, a boutique agency that placed models all over the world. My network soon expanded to include the top fashion contacts and modeling agencies in the industry.

Earlier this year I was contacted by the E! Network to be a featured model scout in their upcoming show called “Scouted”. It was a whirlwind couple of months shooting footage all over of the scouting and development process.

I’m excited about the show which will debut Nov. 28 at 8pm MST (10pm Eastern/ 9pm Central)  on E!.
